FAQs
Here are our answers to the most frequently asked questions. If you have any further questions, these are typically covered within your Solar Together Portal.
What equipment should I have and where will it go in my home?
This will all be discussed during your In-Home Survey. Please see our design process above which explains how the scheme works.
I can't wait to go solar. When do we start?
We understand everyone wants their solar system as soon as possible which is why as soon as your accept Fusion8 we begin work on your desktop survey straight away. There's nothing for you to do.
How long does it take?
Solar Together is a group buying scheme, which means that installations are grouped based on you location and system size to ensure a smooth and efficient delivery for customers. All installs will be completed by the end of January 2024.
When will I hear about my install date?
When the 25% deposit is paid, you will be allocated a provisional installation month based on your location and system size. You will be informed of your install date around 2 weeks before your install date.
How do you keep me updated?
We will provide email updates as you progress through your solar order and installation.
Can I upgrade my solar panels and battery?
You can increase your battery size and this will be discussed at your Survey Assessment, as described in the Design Process above. The panels selected offer the best balance between value, performance and quality. We do not recommend these should be changed as the cost increases do not outweigh the benefit.
